About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on October 25, 2017

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" to add part 3 of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"After property attachment of the debtor or application of restriction the notice on it without delay goes to the address of official e-mail of person, and in case of its absence - with the consent of person on the e-mail address specified to the last or by sending the short message for the mobile phone.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2018.
