Part the second Item 2 of Article 9 to state 1) in the following edition:

"In case of absence of the chairman, judges in district court execution of their obligations is assigned to judges of other court by the order of the chairman of regional court in coordination with the Chairman of the Supreme Court.";

2) in Article 11:

in Item 3:

1) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) plenary and expanded plenary meetings;";

2) to exclude the subitem;

add Item 6 with part two of the following content:

"The conclusions on candidates for positions of judges shall be issued by Council for interaction with courts before the termination of submission due date of documents in the Supreme Judicial Council.";
