About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About bases of administration and administrative production"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 8, 2017

Article 1. Part 1.1 of article 88 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 18, 2004 as ZR-41-N "About bases of administration and administrative production" to recognize invalid.

Article 2. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since April 1, 2018.

2. Public legal monetary claims on the basis of the administrative acts adopted before entry into force of this Law are subject to forced execution according to the procedure operating before entry into force of this Law.
