About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About legal regime of warlike situation"

Article 1. In article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2006 ZR-258-N "About legal regime of warlike situation" (further - the Law):

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Martial law is declared by the Government of the Republic of Armenia in cases of armed attack to the Republic of Armenia, availability of direct danger of it and declaration of war.";

Part 2 to add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "The national assembly can repeal warlike situation according to the procedure, established by the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National assembly".";

To add 3) with part 3 following of content:

"3. In case of the announcement of the warlike situation Government of the Republic of Armenia addresses the people with the message and can call to the partial or complete colors.".

Article 2. In article 6 of the Law:

1) in word heading of "the presidential decree of the Republic" shall be replaced with words "the orders of the Government of the Republic of Armenia";

Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 1 word "in the presidential decree of the Republic" "the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia";

The second paragraph of part 1 to declare 3) invalid;

4) regarding 2 words "presidential decree of the Republic" shall be replaced with words "the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 3. To recognize article 7 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. In article 8 of the Law:

1) in part 1:
