1. in Article 3.3 after the words "special rules" to add with words "(except cases, the stipulated in Clause 30.5 these Laws)".
2. add with Article 30.5 of the following content:
"30.5. The administrative authority for receipt of documents which under the law shall be attached to appendix including electronic documents, uses electronic information resources of state bodies (organizations) (databases, information retrieval systems, registers and other information resources) in the established framework. In cases when it is impossible, submission of the specified documents with the consent of the applicant is requested from competent authority (organization) or provided with the applicant. The specified documents according to article 32.4 of this Law can be submitted on paper or in electronic form.".
