1. Bring in the Regulations on fundamentals of percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277 (with changes), such changes:

"IV. Interest rates for deposit certificates and refinance credits
13. The National Bank establishes interest rates for the main transactions of regulation of liquidity of banks which have the greatest influence on condition of the monetary market. The main transactions of National Bank on regulation of liquidity of banks are transactions on loan granting of refinancing by tendering process on maintenance of liquidity of banks for up to 14 days and transaction on placement of deposit certificates by tendering process on placement of deposit certificates for up to 14 days.
14. The National Bank during the announcement of the quantitative tender for placement of deposit certificates for up to 14 days establishes interest rate at the level of discount rate.
