Some questions of import (transfer) of goods to special (free) economic zones and commodity exportation for their borders

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Extend action of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 17, 2004 of N1524 "About Procedure for Release, Turnover and Repayment of Promissory Notes when Importing (Transfer) to Customs Area of Ukraine of Goods for the purpose of Repair" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, N 46, the Art. 3016) on subjects of business activity who realize investment projects in special (free) economic zones in the territory of which accomplishment of actions and observance of the requirements provided by Chapter 36 of the Customs code of Ukraine when importing (transfer) of goods is provided (except excise goods and goods 1-24 of the UKTVED groups within implementation of investment projects for the purpose of implementation of the transactions specified in article 231 of the Code with establishment of term of conversion of such goods according to article 232 of the Code.

Action of the specified Item extends to subjects of business activity under condition:

their entering into the list of the subjects of business activity realizing investment projects in special (free) economic zones which is kept by the State Customs Service (further - the list);

implementation by customs authorities of customs control and customs clearance of goods directly in such zones;

that goods are not imported by origin from special (free) economic zones on customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of reimport.
