1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of December 27, 2017 No. 1420 "About approval of the Procedure of payments of compensation amount of losses to licensees which perform economic activity on delivery of electrical energy in the fixed territory, from electrical supply to the population which is calculated on the rates differentiated on periods of time" the following changes:
1) in the name and Item 1 of the word", performing economic activity on delivery of electrical energy in the fixed territory, from electrical supply to the population which is calculated shall be replaced with words on the rates differentiated on periods of time" and the signs "from delivery of electrical energy to residential customers (population) who are calculated on the rates differentiated on periods of time";
2) according to the procedure of calculation of compensation amount of losses to licensees which perform economic activity on delivery of electrical energy in the fixed territory, from electrical supply to the population which is calculated on the rates differentiated on periods of time, having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.
