1. Make to the section II of Provisions on procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on content and sale of the pledged property approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 11, 2016 No. 138, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2016 at No. 353/28483, the following changes:

The paragraph the ninth Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Expenses of Fund are calculated from Date of Introduction of temporary administration for insolvent banks or from the date of liquidation for banks which are liquidated based on part two of article 77 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", before date of the actual transition of the property right to the realized mortgage property of bank according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Ukraine, depending on type of such property.";
