- state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the State agency on cases of youth, physical culture and sport under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the budget legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic to resolve issue of financing of the public institution specified in Item 2 of this Resolution at the expense of means of special and budget accounts.".
2. This Resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
