1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the list of objects and technologies which belong to objects and technologies of outstanding energy performance, No. 600 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 17, 2015 "About approval of the list of objects and technologies which belong to objects and technologies of outstanding energy performance" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 26, of Art. 3895; 2017, No. 36, Art. 5431).
2. Determine that provisions of this resolution extend to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2019.

"21. Installations for inflation of coal-dust fuel in blast furnaces 330.28.91.1
(the equipment for metallurgy) decrease in consumption of metallurgical coke on production of cast iron by 20 - 25 percent and natural gas on production of cast iron for 70 - 75 percent
22. Compressor stations for transportation of associated petroleum gas 330.28.13
(pumps and compressors other) increase in coefficient of utilization of associated petroleum gas due to compression and transportation of oil gas for its further use for fuel and technological needs the final consumer
23. Equipment complex on collection, storage and transportation of converter gas 330.28.91.1
(equipment for metallurgy) decrease in emissions of pollutants, reducing consumption of natural gas and increase in energy efficiency of steel production by 15 - 20 percent".
2. Add the Section II with line items of 31 - 34 following contents:
