1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2007 No. 280/3 "About procedure for provision to the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus of remote access to the databanks which are under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 276, 8/17400).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 31, 2019.
