About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. The subparagraph one of article 8 after the words "on protection of the parcels of land" to add with words ", including on fight against weeds and the prevention of their distribution,".
2. The subparagraph one of article 9 after words "protection of the earth" to add with words ", including behind fight against weeds and the prevention of their distribution;".
3. The fourth articles 10 after words "protection of the earth" to add the subparagraph with words ", including behind fight against weeds and the prevention of their distribution;".
4. Add Article 29 with the subparagraph of the following content:
"take measures for fight against weeds and the prevention of their distribution.".
Art. II. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Article 117:
to add the name of Article with words ", including fight against weeds and the prevention of their distribution";
add Article with part (3) the following content:
"(3) Failure to carry out of obligation of fight against weeds and preventions of their distribution on the parcels of land (except lands of agricultural purpose)
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 12 to 30 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 60 to 120 conventional units.".
2. In Article 189:
in part (the words "and weeds" to exclude 1);
add Article with part (11) the following content:
"(11) Failure to carry out of obligation of fight against weeds and preventions of their distribution on lands of agricultural purpose
