Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 8 of the word "in parts 1 and 3" "in parts 1, of 3, 3.1 and 3.2";
2) in paragraph one of part 9 of the word", specified in parts 1 and 3" shall be replaced with words "the state-owned or municipal property concluded by results of tendering or without their carrying out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as specified, specified in part 2";
3) in part 11 of the word", specified in parts 1 and 3 of this Article," shall be replaced with words "the state-owned or municipal property".
Action of provisions of part 9 of article 17.1 of the Federal Law of July 26, 2006 No. 135-FZ "About protection of the competition" (in edition of this Federal Law) extends also to conclusion cases for the new term of the lease agreements of the state-owned or municipal property concluded till July 2, 2008.
