To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation when forming the draft of the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period to provide to Federal Air Transport Agency budgetary appropriations for provision of subsidies from the federal budget for compensation to the organizations which rendered services, the half-received income from provision of services in the amount of, providing compensation of such half-received income in full.
