About modification of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation regarding establishment of features of distribution of the regional agreement about minimum wage on the religious organizations

Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2006, No. 27, the Art. 2878) change, having added with its Article 345.1 of the following content:
"Article 345.1. Features of distribution of the regional agreement about minimum wage on the employer - the religious organization
In case of submission according to part eight of Article 133.1 of this Code to authorized body of the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation of motivated written refusal to join the regional agreement about minimum wage the employer - the religious organization has the right not to put to the specified refusal the protocol of consultations with elected body of primary trade-union organization combining employees of this religious organization, and the offer on terms of increase in minimum wage of workers to the size provided by the specified agreement.
On behalf of employers - the religious organizations performing activities in the territory of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation and entering into structure of the centralized religious organization, the specified refusal can be directed by the relevant centralized religious organization.
In case of refusal the employer - the religious organization the head of authorized body of the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation has the right to invite representatives of this religious organization and (or) representatives of the centralized religious organization which structure includes this religious organization, for carrying out consultations to join the regional agreement about minimum wage.".
