in Rules of payment of immediate compensations in case of the death (death) of the employee of special state body, establishment of disability or receipt of mutilation by it approved by the specified resolution:
the second Item 2 to state part in the following edition:
"The immediate compensation is not paid to the cadets, listeners or persons having the right to its obtaining according to article 77 of the Law if in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is proved that death (death) of the cadet, the listener or the injuries sustained by it came:
1) as a result of suicide, except as specified bringing to suicide;
2) when making of criminal or administrative offenses by it;
3) as a result of the use or use of the substances causing condition of alcoholic, drug, psychotropic, inhalant intoxication (their analogs);
4) as a result of intentional causing to any bodily harm (mutilation) or other harm to the health for the purpose of receipt of immediate compensation or evasion from service;
5) as a result of actions of the cadet, the listener who violated terms of the contract about service.";
