1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 20, 2018 No. 210 "About approval of Rules of monitoring and control of external and internal loans of the quasi-public sector" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2018, No. 20, Art. 112.) following change:
in the Rules of monitoring and control of external and internal loans of the quasi-public sector approved by the specified resolution:
2) of Item 12 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) the amount of external debt of the Government (taking into account the external debt guaranteed by the state) and external debt of subjects of the quasi-public sector shall not exceed the general size of currency assets of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
