About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of NKREKP
According to provisions of Articles 2, of 3, 7 and 63 Laws of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Item 1.2.17 of Chapter 1.2 of the Section I of the Rules of the retail market of electrical energy approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 312, to add with new paragraphs of the following content:
"Control of compliance with law about protection of the economic competition is exercised by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and its territorial departments.
The state control of observance by participants of the retail market of electrical energy of the legislation in corresponding to the sphere and/or licensed conditions is performed by the Regulator according to the legislation.".
2. The licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on delivery of electrical energy to the consumer approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities of December 27, 2017 No. 1469, after the subitem 6 of Item 2.3 of Chapter 2 to add with the new subitem 7 of the following content:
