About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About forced execution of court resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" to add article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"This Law, according to Chapter 18.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate", establishes also conditions and procedure for execution of the leaf of executive text issued by the notary (further - leaf of executive text). Articles 30, of 36, of 37, of 38, of 41, 42 presents of the Law are applied to execution of leaf of executive text so far as regulations are in essence applicable to the leaf of executive text issued by the notary.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 2 of the Law with Item 8 of the following content:
"8) leaf of executive text.".
Article 3. To add article 4 of the Law after the word "sheet" with the words "and leaf of executive text".
Article 4. To add article 21 of the Law with part 3 following of content:
"3. Requirements imposed to contents of the sheet of executive text are established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate".".
Article 5. To add article 23 of the Law with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. The leaf of executive text can be provided to forced execution within a month after its obtaining.".
Article 6. To add article 26 of the Law with part 3 following of content:
"3. If notarial action for issue of leaf of executive text acknowledged illegal, or the agreement signed between the parties, certified of notarial procedure based on which the leaf of executive text was issued is nullified, the court adopts court resolution about complete or partial return of property to the debtor either the complete or partial cessation of confiscation.".
Article 7. To add article 30 of the Law after the first paragraph with the new paragraph of the following content:
