Item 2 of Article 56 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"the state fee (which is subject to transfer in the place of state registration, making of legally significant actions or issues of documents) for making by authorized bodies of the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation of the legally significant actions connected with state registration of attractions - according to the standard rate of 100 percent.";
2) in Article 78:
a) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "in Items 6 - 8" shall be replaced with words "in Items 6 - 8.1";
b) in Item 3.1 of the word "Item 3 and the paragraph the fourth Item 8" shall be replaced with words "Item 3, the paragraph the fourth Item 8 and Item 8.2";
