About modification of the Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 189, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2008 for No. 845/15536 (with changes), such changes:

Paragraphs of the seventh - the ninth Item 4.3 of Chapter 4 to exclude 1);

2) in Chapter 5:

the fifth Item 5.4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The balance sheet items containing in the transfer act / the separation balance sheet shall conform to requirements of the regulatory legal act of National Bank concerning creation of the financial reporting by banks of Ukraine.";

to state paragraph two of Item 5.5 in the following edition:

"Disaggregation of assets, obligations and the capital in the transfer act / distribution balance is performed according to the requirements established by the regulatory legal act of National Bank concerning creation of the financial reporting by banks of Ukraine.";

3) in Item 3 of Chapter 7:

state subitem 4 in the following edition:

"4) balance of each of Participating banks for the last accounting period preceding date of giving of document package;";

exclude subitem 5.

With respect thereto subitems 6 - 9 to consider respectively subitems 5 - 8.
