1. State Article 64.2 in the following edition:
"64.2. The authorized persons established by the laws, other legal acts or constituent documents of the legal entity or workers of the legal entity whose principle place of employment is this legal entity and who are authorized in the appropriate order, or lawyers are considered as representatives of the legal entity.".
2. In Article 65.1 to replace the word "production" with the word "production", the word "is allowed" be shall be replaced with words "can participate".
3. Add with Article 65.1-1 of the following content:
"65.1-1. Only the lawyer, and as the representative of the victim who is physical person - his close relative or the lawyer is allowed to the proceeedings considered by court about administrative offense as the defender of physical person.".
