Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2017 No. 451-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Power Industry" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation, connected with licensing of power sales activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 1, the Art. 35) the following changes:
1) in Article 4:
a) regarding 1 word of "one year after day of entry into force of this Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "on June 30, 2020";
b) regarding 2 words "After One Year after Day of Entry Into Force of This Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "Since July 1, 2020";
c) regarding 3 words "after one year after day of entry into force of this Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "after June 30, 2020";
d) add with part 4 following of content:
"4. The paragraph of the sixth of Item 1 of article 35 of the Federal Law of March 26, 2003 No. 35-FZ "About power industry" is applied to the relations connected with receipt of the subject of the wholesale market by the legal entity of the status, the participant of the address of electrical energy in the wholesale market since July 1, 2020.";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding the 2nd Article 5 of the word "after one year after day of official publication of this Federal Law" "since July 1, 2020".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
