About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 752), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In preamble of the law of the word "Department of penal institutions of the Ministry of Justice" shall be replaced with words "government employees with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration,".
2. Articles 13 after words of "face of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies" to add parts (1) and (2) Article 1 and Item and) with words ", and also government employees with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration".
3. Part (3) Articles 1, Article 6, in both cases, Article 12, the prolog of Article 21, Article 24, part (1) Articles 29, part (1) Articles 30, in both cases, Article 46, Article 54, parts (1) and (2) Article 55 and part (articles 59 after words of "faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies" to add 1) with words ", and also government employees with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration".
4. Parts (1) and (4) Articles 2, Article 5 and 7, Items and) and b) Articles 14, Item and) parts (1) Articles 16, Article 19, part (1) Articles 26, part (1) Articles 44, part (2) Articles 51, part (1) Article 60 and part (1) and (Article 61 after words to "faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies" to add 2) with words ", and also the government employee with special status as a part of system of penitentiary administration".
