"11:10. For execution of development of small and medium entrepreneurship of obligations by corporation in the independent guarantees issued by the specified corporation according to Item 10 of part 4 of this Article for the purpose of ensuring obligation fulfillment of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, the state support at the expense of means of the federal budget according to the procedure, forms and the sizes which are determined according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation is provided to corporation of development of small and medium entrepreneurship. Provision of such state support at the same time in different forms is not allowed.".
