About modification of the Federal Law "About Enforcement of Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of November 26, 2001 No. 147-FZ "About enforcement of part three of the Civil code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 49, Art. 4553; 2003, No. 46, Art. 4441; 2017, No. 31, the Art. 4750) change, having added with its Article 8.2 of the following content:
"Article 8.2. Rules about inheritance by disabled persons, stipulated in Clause 1148, Item 1 of Article 1149 and Item 1 of Article 1183 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation, are applied also to the women who reached fifty-five-year age and the men who reached sixty-year age.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
