1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out open discussion of drafts of decisions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of June 30, 2017 No. 866, the following changes:

In paragraph four of Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 after the words "it is drawn up by the protocol" to add 1) with words and figure "in form according to appendix 4";
