Make change to Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, of the Art. 2374), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"For work on reconstruction of the first priority of the Memorial complex of memory of the victims Golodomorov in Ukraine with construction of second priority of the National museum "Memorial of the Victims of the Holodomor" of the Memorial complex of memory of the victims of the Holodomor in Ukraine on Ulitsa Lavrskoy, 3, in Pechersky district of Kiev, including purchase of materials and the equipment for the specified Memorial complex the customer can perform advance payment (advance payment) at the rate to 100 percent of cost of such works, materials and the equipment under the agreement (contract) for the term of no more than ten months.".
