About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2008 No. 1408 and of July 22, 2015 No. 622
Based on article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2018 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 135-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item 28 of the Regulations on procedure, features and the bases of provision to citizens of special premises of the state housing stock in houses nursing homes for aged and disabled people, houses nursing homes for handicapped children, special houses for veterans, aged and disabled people, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of September 24, 2008 No. 1408 "About special premises of the state housing stock" to state in the following edition:
"28. Based on the permit for the settlement of full age wards to permanent residence to houses nursing homes for aged and disabled people, the house nursing homes for handicapped children the guardianship and custody body within a month makes the decision on release of earlier appointed guardian (custodian) from execution of tutorial (trustee) obligations by it and if necessary - on appointment of a guardian over property.";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2015 "About determination of procedure for compensation of paid amounts by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" word "To Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words No. 622 "in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus".
