Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 4, 2013 No. 777 "About procedure of transactions on management of remaining balance of means on the single account of the federal budget regarding purchase (sale) of securities according to repurchase agreements and opening of accounts for implementation of such transactions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 37, Art. 4697; 2016, No. 36, Art. 5422; 2017, No. 34, Art. 5281).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 4, 2013 No. 777

In Rules of implementation of transactions on management of remaining balance of means on the single account of the federal budget regarding purchase (sale) of securities according to repurchase agreements and opening of accounts for implementation of such transactions approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 3:

add the subitem "a" with the words "or non-bank credit institution-the central partner";

in the subitem "b" of the word "subitems "a", "v" and "g" shall be replaced with words "subitems "an" and "v";
