1. In the second offer of the paragraph of third Item 1 of the Section II of Provisions on the organization of asset sale (property) of banks which are liquidated, the Fund approved by the decision of executive directorate of guaranteeing household deposits against March 24, 2016 No. 388, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2016 for No. 606/28736 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits from May 5, 2017 No. 1872), to replace figures "20" with figures "135".

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official website of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.
