In Rules of the state control of quality of rendering the state services approved by the specified order:

"61. The report for work on internal state control with appendix of the research opinion in form according to appendix 1 to these rules is provided through the integrated management information system the personnel "E-Kyzmet":
the central state bodies - in the Agency;
territorial subdivisions of the central state bodies and their departments - in territorial authorities of the Agency;
The report contains results of internal state control behind quality of the state services rendered by the central state body, its departments, the subordinated organizations, and also physical persons and legal entities which coordination of activities is performed by state body.
62. Local executive bodies provide the report for work on internal state control with appendix of the research opinion in form according to appendix 2 to these rules in the Agency and its territorial authorities through the integrated management information system the personnel "E-Kyzmet".
