About modification of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 52, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 12, 2015 No. 315 (with changes), such changes:

1) in the Section II:

in Chapter 1:

the offer first of paragraph one of Item 1 to state in the following edition:

"1. The bank determines the faces tied with bank according to requirements of article 52 of the Law and taking into account this provision.";

in the offer the first Item 2 of the word "modification of the list" shall be replaced with words "relevance of information about";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. The bank shall provide to National Bank information (reporting) on the faces tied with bank on form and in the terms determined by the regulatory legal act of National Bank concerning the organization of the statistical reporting delivered in National Bank.

The bank board provides relevance of information (reporting) on the faces tied with bank which is provided by bank to National Bank.";

in Chapter 2:
