To add 1) after Article 195 with article of the following content:

"Article 1951. Creation of obstacle by the direction of laser beams during management of air transport

Creation of obstacle by the direction of laser beams during management of air transport – attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of five to ten sizes of basic size with confiscation of property which became means or direct object of making of offenses, or without that.";
