Item 5.2 of the Main directions of industrial cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Eurasian intergovernmental council of September 8, 2015 No. 9, to add with paragraphs of the following content:
"The commission provides maintaining and placement on the official site of the Union of the register of the legal acts (projects of acts) adopted (developed) by state members concerning sensitive goods.
The register is created in coordination with state members based on information provided by state members according to Item 18 of the Procedure for carrying out consultations on sensitive goods and (or) mutual informing state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on the planned directions of realization of national industrial policy for sensitive goods (appendix No. 3), and results of the monitoring of development and acceptance which is carried out by the Commission state members of legal acts concerning sensitive goods.".
