In the Regulations about calculation of voting powers and registration of assignment of rights of property for shares of the banks approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 130/2013 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2013, No. 198-204, of the Art. 1420), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 934 22 of August, 2013, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of regulations:

1) the words "essential share" to replace with syntagma "essential ownership" in the corresponding case;
