About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About content of detainees and the arrested persons"

Article 1. In Item 3 parts of 1 Article 13, of part 4 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 6, 2002 of ZR-305 "About content of detainees and the arrested persons" (further - the Law) words of "the defender of human rights" shall be replaced with words "the defender of human rights of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To state Item 5 of part 2 of article 48 of the Law in the following edition:
"5) the defender of human rights of the Republic of Armenia, competent government employees of the device of the defender of human rights of the Republic of Armenia and competent persons holding conceptual positions and also experts of the national mechanism of prevention;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
