About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning import of vehicles to customs area of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:

1. In Article 108:

in part two of the word "are reexported at once" shall be replaced with words "are exported out of limits of customs area of Ukraine";

the third and fourth to state parts in the following edition:

"3. Taking into account the purpose of commodity importation and/or vehicles of commercial appointment, features of transport transactions and other circumstances previously fixed term of temporary import of goods according to part one of this Article and/or vehicles of commercial appointment according to part two of this Article, according to the written application of the owner of these goods, vehicles of commercial appointment or person authorized by it can be extended by relevant organ of the income and charges. In case of refusal in prolongation of term of temporary import the body of the income and charges shall tell instantly in writing or electronically to person who filed petition for prolongation of term of temporary import, for the reasons and the bases of such refusal.

4. If the goods placed in customs regime of temporary import cannot be timely exported out of limits of customs area of Ukraine as a result of imposing of arrest on them (except for arrest owing to claims of individuals) or withdrawals on the case of customs offense, the current of term of temporary import stops for the period of such arrest (withdrawal).
