About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trademarks"

Article 1. "About trademarks" to state part 2 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 29, 2010 to ZR-59-N in the following edition:
"2. According to international treaties of the Republic of Armenia and within the agreements signed with the foreign organizations, the authorized state body performs examination of trademarks. The means formed within these agreements in the procedure established by the Government go for compensation of the damage caused as a result of the administration performed by authorized body in the field of protection of intellectual property (except as specified return of the amounts collected in the government budget from the corresponding acquisition accounts in the government budget), on development of system of protection of intellectual property, including preparation, encouragement and technical and technological retrofitting of personnel, recovery of means of reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Armenia or other funds of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia allocated for compensation of the damage caused as a result of the administration performed by authorized state body or its officials in the field of protection of intellectual property in the cases specified in the second paragraph of this part.
