For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with part 5 of article 31 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of forced evacuation of vehicles, their movements to specialized parking, their storages and use of locks of wheels or other types of devices" of April 4, 2017 No. 202 the following changes:
- in the name and in Item 1 of the Resolution of the word "vehicles, their movement to specialized parking," shall be replaced with words them ", movements of the vehicle to the specialized parking, it";
