Bring in the Procedure for provision of the import permit on customs area of Ukraine of the unregistered pesticides and agrochemicals used for carrying out the state testing and scientific research, and also the seed (landing) material processed by them, No. 288 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 250; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2271; 2016, No. 4, Art. 239), following changes:

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Permission is issued to Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources in the form established by it.";

in paragraph one of Item 5 of the word "issue of the duplicate" to exclude.

2. This resolution becomes effective in 45 days from the date of its publication.
