About change of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for forming and use of means of state non-budgetary fund of Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2006 No. 373 "About formation of state non-budgetary fund of Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs":

"2-1. The republican unitary enterprises, correctional facilities and medical and labor dispensaries subordinated to Department (further - the organizations subordinated to Department), estimate contributions to fund in the accruing result since the beginning of calendar year quarterly and list them in fund no later than the last working day of the month following reporting quarter.";
in subitem 3.2 of Item 3 to replace the word "productions" with the word of "sales";
in Item 5:
subitem 5.1 after the word of "component parts" to add with words "works and services,";
state subitem 5.2 in the following edition:
"5.2. implementation by the organizations subordinated to Department, purchases of processing equipment, vehicles, including machines and the equipment for agricultural industry;";
exclude subitems 5.4-5.6;
