I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 10, 2016 No. 611 "About approval of Storage precautions, accounting, write-off and utilization of property of civil defense" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 13905, it is published on July 22, 2016 in the Information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendments:

Storage precautions, accounting, write-offs and utilizations of property of civil defense approved by the specified order:

add with Items 5-1 and 5-2 of the following content:

"5-1. Storage locations and the issues of inventories of individual protection equipment (filtering gas masks, respirators, self-rescuers, cameras protective nurseries) are located in places as close as possible to places of employment and accommodation of the population for the purpose of secured provision of protection.

5-2. Storage of individual protection equipment (the protective nurseries filtering gas masks, cameras, respirators) in office buildings and educational institutions under approval by the owner of the building is allowed.";

add with Items 26-1 and 26-2 of the following content:

"26-1. According to the decision of akims of the corresponding administrative and territorial units, the individual protection equipment (filtering gas masks, respirators, self-rescuers, cameras protective nurseries) are issued to the population on storage at the place of residence on condition of ensuring their safety.

26-2. The individual protection equipment issued to the population (filtering gas masks, respirators, self-rescuers, cameras protective nurseries) on safe custody, is used by the population independently in case of receipt of signals of the notification of civil defense and about threat of origin or in case of emergency situations.
