For the purpose of providing agricultural producers with diesel fuel for carrying out spring and field works in execution of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.03.97 N6321/11 is ORDERED:
1. Approve the Procedure for supply of diesel fuel to agricultural producers for carrying out spring and field works under counter delivery of wheat soft 3 class and group A rye in the state reserve it (is applied).
2. Approve exchange equivalents: for one ton of diesel fuel
1.9 wheat tons soft 3 classes or 2.3 tons of rye of group A.
3. Settlement between Goskomrezerv and the State-owned joint stock company "Bread of Ukraine" for the delivered diesel fuel in exchange for counter laying of grain in the state reserve is performed according to the free standing agreement.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister of agricultural industry and food - Kovalchuka A. S., the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine - Antonyeva G. K., the deputy minister of economy - Poshivayla V. K., the vice-chairman of the State committee of Ukraine on material reserves - Zarubenko of Item F. and the chairman of the board SAC "Bread of Ukraine" - Slinchuka V. O.
5. Of 25.02.97 N 68/26/51/30 to abolish the order.
