1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for application of brands of the excise duty in the Kyrgyz Republic on the production, import and realization of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products approved by the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 22, 2003 No. 294 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of brands of the excise duty in the Kyrgyz Republic on production, import and realization of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products", the following changes:
State Item 1.12 in the following edition:
"1.12. The committee on the income, according to invoices, pays the excise stamps made and delivered by manufacturing company, carries out payment of the accompanying expenses. After carrying out annual reconciliation and settlement with manufacturing company, the amount which remained on the blocked account is subject to transfer to the special account of Committee on the income for use on the purpose, stipulated in Item 2.2 this provision.".
