About modification of the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Articles 6, 7, 15, 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 19, 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of maintenance of liquidity of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and ensuring depositor protection of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks
1. Bring in Chapter 3 of the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 03, 2013 for No. 543/23075 (with changes), such changes:
1) in the second offer of Item 3.4 of the word "on trading floor of the share exchange / curb stock market" to exclude;
To exclude 2) in Item 3.5 of the word "according to established procedure and taking into account requirements of regulatory legal acts of National Bank concerning regulation of liquidity of bank system on the redemption of securities";
3) in Item 3.6 of the word", based on information provided by Settlement center on servicing of agreements of bank system" to exclude.
2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) after official publication to inform Fonda guaranteeing household deposits information on adoption of this resolution.
