"Article 561-1. Features of consideration of requests for collection of the alimony based on the Convention on the international procedure for collection of children maintenance and other forms of maintenance of family
The requests for recognition of the decision, for recognition and execution of the decision, for decision, for enhancement of the decision on collection of the alimony based on the Convention on the international procedure for collection of children maintenance and other forms of maintenance of family of November 23, 2007 which arrived through the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (further, unless otherwise specified, - requests for collection of the alimony), are considered by regional, Minsk city court at the place of residence (the place of stay) of person having the right to the alimony (creditor), or person obliged to pay the alimony (debtor). Requests for collection of the alimony are considered by also regional, Minsk city court in the location of property of person obliged to pay the alimony (debtor).
