Bring in the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 11, 2017 No. 140-p "About approval of the Regulations on operating procedure of the independent interdepartmental commission on consideration of claims and protests, and also on inclusion in the database of unreliable and unfair suppliers (contractors)" the following changes:
1. Add with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. The independent interdepartmental commission on consideration of claims and protests, and also inclusion in the database of unreliable (unfair) suppliers (contractors)", the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Order of March 15, 2016 No. 1-DP to authorize to carry out work on consideration of claims, protests and addresses before forming of new structure of the commission.".
2. Bring in Regulations on operating procedure of the independent interdepartmental commission on consideration of claims and protests, and also on inclusion in the database of unreliable and unfair suppliers (contractors), approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 11, 2017 No. 140-P the following changes:
1. In Item 2:
- in the paragraph the second ambassador of words "the buying organization" to add with words "(further - the supplier (contractor)";
- in paragraph three of the word "or consultant" to exclude.
