About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About national pensions"

Article 1. In article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 22, 2010 ZR-243-N "About national pensions" (further – the Law):

Part 1 after the word "personally" to add 1) with words ", except for the case specified regarding 4.1 articles 36 of this Law";

2) from part 9 of the word "the list of the necessary documents submitted for award of pension" to exclude;

Article to add 3) with part 10 of the following content:

"10. The list of the documents necessary for award of pension establishes authorized body.".

Article 2. To add part 13 of article 35 of the Law after the words "in institution" with the words "or studies in military educational institution".

Article 3. In article 36 of the Law:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in the third paragraph of part of 1 word of "month of the termination of the right to pension" "beginning from month of death of the pensioner";

To add 2) with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. If pension payment to person recognized as the disabled person because of (causal relationship) of receipt of wound or mutilation during participation in military operations on defense of the Republic of Armenia or execution of alert or execution of special task, or execution of service duties is stopped, the outstanding amount of military pension is paid also by proxy if the pensioner in stationary form (conditions) is treated in foreign state (including diagnostic inspections and rehabilitation treatment in stationary form). In that case the outstanding amount of pension is paid for the entire period of manor of the right to pension (irrespective of the requirement of part of 1 this Article), but no more, than before the end of treatment in stationary form (conditions).";

3) in part 5 of the word "Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "authorized body".
